Welcome to the third week of Culinary Camp! This week is teen week and the theme is STL Eats, so the cuisine is mainly based around foods made in St. Louis. On Monday, the campers started off their day working in the garden.
Afterwards, the campers headed up to the kitchens to cook their lunch, which was sauteed chicken in mustard and herb sauce, green bean and almond salad, and herb butter! That afternoon, they made their lunches for the field trip on Tuesday!
And, they also began marinating their chicken for the chicken and waffles they will make on Wednesday!
