Summer 2015: Week 3: Day Two: STL Eats

Day two was a bit of a different day in culinary camp.  The rain made it impossible for the campers to visit the farm we had originally planned on visiting, so the campers went to a donut shop instead!

Next, the campers headed back to camp to participate in their very own version of a Chopped cooking challenge!  Each camper could pair up with someone or work on their own to cook their own dishes with the ingredients given to them.  The results were amazing!  The creativity used to make colorful and delicious dishes was absolutely incredible.

All the counselors tasted each dish and ranked them based on creativity, presentation, and taste.  Each dish was absolutely amazing!
