Culinary Camp Summer 2015: Week 3, Day 4: Harvest Day June 18th, 2015

Today at Culinary Camp was Harvest Day! The campers braved the rain and harvested swiss chard, apples, raspberries, mint, and kale. The campers learned how to properly harvest each item without damaging the produce. All the produce harvested by the Culinary Campers was given to the CSA/Farmer’s Market at SLU.
