Wednesday June 8, Exploring Italy, Day 3

They started off the morning with a disability workshop with one of the counselor’s Miss Colleen. They got to learn about different adaptive ways to cook and try out wheelchairs.

Campers got to make their own personal pizzas today for a little taste of Italy! They made everything from the dough, to the tomato sauce and got to choose their own toppings to add to their pizzas.

They got to choose from pepperoni, sausage, mozzerella, romano, cheddar, spinach, pineapple, onions, and basil!

In the afternoon they worked on tiramisu and olive tapenade to prep for the parent party on Friday.
